The place is tasty and fresh. Prices are high but quality is good

bad service, parking, and location. go somewhere else

Coffee and tea is 'alright' but their desserts, esp. their pies, are really good. Good location and parking isn't bad. Valet is also available. Ample amount of outdoor seating with heaters for cold nights.

It's a little loud inside, but a great spot for a snack, latte or lunch. Located in the Arts District in downtown, it's a trendy yet comfortable place. And of course, the coffee drinks are gorgeous!
