Saw the server twice she told us how the salads have gotten smaller and she broke a plate with our food I hope she changed the food if not we ate glass

Very good food and excellent service. For a fine dining place it is one of the best in Columbus.

Went to dinner at Ruth Chris after an Ohio State football game to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our waiter, Ed, anticipated our needs and was able to make quick recommendations based on our preferences. (Dry wine, red, white, sweet, mixed cocktails, sides , desserts, seafood to accompany different steaks, etc. Ed made our dining experience relaxed and comfortable, and the food, as always, was terrific. The steaks are so incredible that they almost defy description.Our wait staffer, Joseph was ever vigilant with frequent water refills, clearing, initial level issue resolution for several of the waiters' tables, and Justin was an observant presence who ensured guest experiences were the best that they possibly could be. Incredibly, Justin did this while seeming to fade into the limelight. He was always present and aware - if not necessarily seen by customers.Would recommend this place to ANYONE!
