Jun 22, 2026I have reason to believe these guys may be running a scam operation and the general manager, German Melgar is crooked. They overcharged me by $40 for a game of bowling. When I went to speak with German, he told me to write an email and he would look into it in 2-3 days. After 2-3 days of not hearing back, I sent a second email and he responded saying he'll look into it and get back to me. About 10 days have passed now and I have not heard back. One game of bowling plus shoes at that time was about $12. I was charged $60. I assume this must happen often and German may think people won't notice or brush it off but not me. This may be why German is not getting back to me.
