Go Dogs Go

Just spent 10 minutes in the outer office area trying to get information on dog nail clipping and make an appointment. There were six people in the back talking all about the two dogs that were being picked up by their owner. No one acknowledged that I was there or offered to help me. I am sorry that I was not important enough to receive any service. I apologized to the Dog Walker that was returning to the shop that I would not be using GoDogsGo to take care of my dogs. I am now looking for another Dog Groomer that can offer service and attention.

They are the best groomers and they always do it exactly like I specified.

I have been bringing my yorkies to Go Dogs Go for years. They do a great job with the cuts every time and the staff always take good care of my babies. There is a great Deli next door if you want to wait and read the paper. That's what I like to do. Also, the grooming rates are very low from what else I've seen around town. Thanks.

I asked the elderly woman there how much it would cost me to only shave my small dogs and not give them a bath or anything else since I prefer to do that myself. I wa told $20 each, which I though was reasonable. I used them 2 times, the third time I went, she told me next time it'll be $50 each and yelled at me that this wasn't a "chop shop". I reminded her that this is the quote she gave me, but she would not drop it, insulting me and handling my dogs in a pretty rough manner. I told her that this is not a way to do business and she can't be mad at me if she has given me the wrong price, and if she were nice, I wouldn't mind paying more if she feels I owe more. She KEPT talking the same way..as if I had stolen something from her.....not worth it, there are tons of nice people to handle our pets.
