I was taken here on my recent trip to LA for breakfast. The place is fun. They have a bunch of boardgames you can play while you eat, and I eyed Stratego and played a decent game while waiting for and eating my lunch/breakfast combo. The food was blah. I ordered a french dip and Kanako ordered a omelet, both were very mediocre. The French Dip, was about as generic of a french dip as you could have gotten. I'm sad because they had an excellent selection of Milk Shakes, and I'm thinking that maybe that was the thing they do best. Like I said the place is fun, the folks are friendly and hip, but food was bleh and the prices were a tad high, although we were in West L.A. and that's to be expected of a fun little 50's place such as this..
