I went in expecting what I usually get from the mechanic shops. Bad service for me and my car... I know I am not the pretty young girl. I am an older woman a bit heavy and lets face it the men are nicer to the pretty young girls! But what I received once I walked in was good service from both Rick and Mike. Both of them were professional and polite. I was asked if I wanted coffee while we talked about the problems of my car. I left my car still expecting a high bill once I went back. I was pleasently surprised when I went back and was told my car was much cheaper then I thought and they actually repaired it well. I am so pleased with all at Best Tire Center in the Westchester area. Thank you all!

I had to take my car in last month and they were great. They didn't make me fell stupid for not understanding they explained what was wrong with my car and gave me options of what i needed to be fixed right away and what could wait for later. They were fast, pleasant, courteous and my car drives much better. Thank you and i will defiantly come back and refer my family and friends.
